I'm hoping this is the correct forum for this question. We have a web application that allows for printing of reports that area created as an HTML document. Basically, they are form letters that are created with HTML code only. Occassionally with no explanation why, these letters will not print correctly. The letters are printed on both sides of the paper, one side containining only the Forwarding and Return Mailing address while the other side contains the body of the letter. These addresses have to line up in windowed envelopes. This is where the problem occurs. We don't know why this happens but sometimes the addresses won't align correctly in the windows. This doesn't happen on a consistent basis, which kinda leads out IT team in thinking it might be a printer or a browser issue but we're not sure. Because of the uncertainity of this problem, we're not sure how to troubleshoot the issue. An ideas/suggestions are greatly appreciate.
