VBS to upload a text file or its ingredients

hi,

I want a vbs that silently(or with min. user interaction) uploads a certain .txt file(or what is in it) to some web host/address.

i have very little knowledge of vbs. if there is anything else more fit for this task other than vbs, appreciate your suggestions.
